It was a privilege to meet Nick at the '99 Newfound Woodworks Rendezvous.  I had a real sense of closure being able to photograph my Guillemot next to the prototype Nick built for Sea Kayaker magazine in '95.  That article was my first introduction to strip building.  Thanks Nick!
