After removing the form risers, I installed 3 foam-lined cradles and set the boat in place.  The cradles really hold the boat rigidly while I'm working on the deck.

Before laying any strips, I put marks on the edge of hull indicating the form locations.  I'll use these later when glassing the interior to place the spreader sticks in the proper locations.  Without staple holes, this will be the only way to find the right spot later.
